Erick Saúl González Méndez

Biotechnologist with a strong background in molecular docking, bioinformatics, and microbiological research. I have participated in projects focused on enzyme encapsulation using polysaccharide matrices and crosslinkers for biosensor development. My previous work includes the design of a silicon-based biosensor for the detection of biogenic amines, and I am currently involved in the development of a polysaccharide-based biosensor for the detection of Pseudomonas aeruginosa. I also have experience in microbial inhibition assays and molecular modeling. My skill set combines wet lab techniques with in silico approaches, allowing me to contribute to interdisciplinary projects in biotechnology and applied research.
